The Logan Township Board of Supervisors is requesting sealed bids from companies interested in pumping and hauling septage from 220+/- 1,000-gallon capacity septic tanks primarily in the Greenwood section of Logan Township. Detailed equipment specifications and minimum requirements are set forth in the SEPTIC TANK CLEANING CONTRACT 22-01. All demands or requests for Bid will be honored. Each bid, bid bond, or certified check shall be securely sealed in an envelope and clearly marked Septic Tank Cleaning Contract 22-01 . Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Township Staff at 11:00 AM, prevailing local time, on Friday, March 4, 2022, in the conference room of the Logan Township Municipal Building. A recommendation to award the SEPTIC TANK CLEANING CONTRACT 22-01 will be presented to the Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting to be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, March 10, 2022, in the Conference Room of the Logan Township Municipal Building. The Logan Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award a contract that it deems in the best interest of the Township.
