The township shall be given TWO WEEKS notice before construction of the fire station. Construction of the fire station shall not begin prior to July 14th unless it can be completed before this date. Construction of the firestation may begin after July 18th if the lot is not completed before July 14th. Planing and resurfacing of the fire station shall be completed in TWO DAYS. The Engineer's Estimate for the base bid is $362,843.25. No contract shall be awarded at a price more than ten percent in excess of the Engineer's estimate.
