The successful bidder will be requiredq to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. All work must be completed by August 19, 2022; liquidatedq damagesg will applyy at the rate of $975.00 per day for each dayy beyondy these dates that the work remains incomplete. The Washingtong Townshipp Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or rejectj anyy and/or/ all proposalsp p or portions thereof, and to delete projects and/or/ portions of the projectj depend-p ing on budgetary constraints and to waive anyy technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. PA Prevailing Wages apply.
