Site work and paving for a civil project in Lower Mt Bethel Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
For Gravel Hill Road Culvert Replacement. The project consists of culvert replacement, concrete construction, rip-rap placement, E&S controls, roadway reconstruction, and all other associated work listed herein, and as indicated on the plans NO Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/9/2022 12:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Lower Mount Bethel Township; or a Bid Bond in favor of Lower Mount Bethel Township, in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workers employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. Lower Mount Bethel Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
