Renovation of an educational facility in Jamestown, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project consists of a HVAC replacement and associated finishes for the Gussner Elementary School. The Scope of Work includes various bid packages including but not necessarily limited to the following: Demolition General Construction Carpentry Solid Surface Fabrications Built-Up Roofing Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim Joint Sealants Hollow Metal Doors and Frames Door Hardware Gypsum Board Assemblies Acoustical Ceilings Interior Panting Fire Suppression Plumbing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Electrical The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received, and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
