Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Carlisle Brks, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 14, 2022, construction has been completed. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Borough. The work will consist of engineering, construction and inspection services related to mandatory upgrade of up to forty - six (46) concrete pedestrian curb ramps to current PennDOT/ADA standards. The Borough reserves the right to change the number of curb ramps included in the project dependent upon available funding and to designate final curb elevation for specific ramps when deemed necessary to facilitate stormwater drainage. In cases where the Borough elects to designate curb elevation, such designation shall be made prior to the contractor s commencement of work at those locations.
