Bids are requested as stated in the form of Lump Sum. The price bid shall cover all costs of any nature incident to or growing out of the work of furnishing the required items, including labor, material, equipment, transportation, and all incidental expenses in connection therewith, all costs on account of loss by damage or destruction of the work, and any additional expenses for unforeseen difficulties encountered, for settlement of damages, and for replacement of defective work and materials. The Housing Authority will consider only those bids received from parties whose names are recorded by the Authority as having secured Contract Documents for these Contracts. Contract Documents are not transferable to other parties for bidding purposes.
