Renovation of a library in Buellton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
New Library/ Event Space Project (202 Dairyland Renovation) The bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bidders bond, made payable to the CITY OF BUELLTON for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The CITY will deduct a five percent (5%) retention from all progress payments as specified in C9MEASUREMENT & PAYMENT. The contract will not be awarded to a Contractor who does not hold a valid Class A license in accordance with the provisions of the Business and Professions Code. The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of forty-five (45) days.
