The Work comprises of removing and replacing ADA pedestrian ramps located at various locations in West Jordan, UT and shown in Appendix A. The bonding range for this project is estimated to be $100,000 - $120,000. Time is of the essence. The Work must be completed within_90_ calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed If the bid is awarded as the winning bid, the bidder will promptly obtain the required bonds and insurance and will prepare the required submittal documents and execute the Contract. The Bidder shall guarantee the Total Bid Price for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of Bid opening. The City has determined the Bidder shall possess the following contractor licenses at the time of the bid submittal: Utah General Contractor License E100. If the City requests proof of a Bidders General Contractors License, Bidder must provide such to the City within 3 business days from the time of the City's request. The Bidder shall list in the bid, his or her contractors license number and date of expiration of the contractors license. Bids received after this deadline will be late and ineligible for consideration. Following the deadline, the names of those responding to the Bid will be made public Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this BID, that could have a significant impact on the responses to the BID, should be submitted in the BID Question and Answer section Event Number # WJPW22021101 at the Utah Public Procurement Place. All such questions should be received Monday February 28, 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. MST. Answers to questions will be posted on the Utah Public Procurement Place which will then email the answer to all Vendors that downloaded the BID. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
