Site work for a clubhouse / community center in North Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Contractor shall supply all materials, labor, equipment, vehicles and incidentals for providing a new 6" C-900 PVC Irrigation Main ("Work") as detailed on the following construction drawings: Irrigation Improvement Plans dated December 1, 2020 (North Palm Beach County Club to U.S. Highway One) prepared by Engenuity Group and consisting of the following: C1 Cover Sheet C2 Key Map and Erosion Control Plan C3-6 Engineering Plan C7 Details C8 Irrigation Main Profile E1 Electrical Plan dated October 20, 2020 by Bannon & Gillespie, LLC The Work will generally include a trench excavation operation across the existing golf course with a connection to the existing service line feeding the U.S. Highway One irrigation main at the specified location. It shall also include the independent suction line from the lake.
