Contractor is to provide all labor, matReplace Boiler Stacks. The purpose of this project is to design and replace four exhaust stacks for the coal-fired stoker boilers at Eielson's Central Heat and Power Plant (CHPP). All work shall all be in accordance with: This Statement of Work; All applicable UFCs; International Building Code; national, state, local building codes and standards; Federal, state and local safety and environmental laws and regulations. Performance time will be 440 calendar days. The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NACIS code is 236220, with a Small Business Size Standard of $39,500,000. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required.
