Proposed Solicitation number: To be determined. Contact Point or Contracting Officer: CA: Christopher Blackburn: christopher.blackburn.10@us.af.mil CO: Nicholas Rogers: nicholas.rogers.13@us.af.mil Line Item Number: to be included in solicitation. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to complete the following construction project, FTQW 21-2400 Elevator Install and Fire Safety Update. The general scope of this project includes providing the design for the FTQW 21-2400 Elevator Install and Fire Safety Update that include demo of the existing out of service elevator. Once the desing is completed and accepted and all materials and equipment are on site, the Contractor shall begin construction activities IAW the approved design. Estimated issue date for this solicitation is on or after 1 March 2023, with the solicitation closing approximately 30 days thereafter. it will be issued electronically at the SAM.gov wesite- https://sam.gov Specifications and Drawings will be included in a resulting solicitation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
