Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Said proposals are for the furnishing of all equipment, labor, and materials for the construction, complete inplace, of the following approximate quantities and other quantities specified in the Proposal Form: Items of Work: 10,390 Square Yards Full Depth Reclamation 1,500 Cubic Yards Common Excavation 800 Linear Feet 6" Drain Tile 810 Cubic Yards Select Granular Borrow 1,975 Linear Feet Curb and Gutter 2,540 Tons Bituminous Paving. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Forms provided in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications, which are on file with the City Engineer of Arden Hills and may be seen at City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112. A complete digital copy of the Proposal Form, Plans, and Specifications are available at website. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of the City of Arden Hills.
