Said proposals are for the furnishing of all equipment, labor, and materials for the construction, complete inplace, of the following approximate quantities and other quantities specified in the Proposal Form: 5,700 Linear Feet 8" Cured In Place Pipe 118 Each Reinstate Sanitary Sewer Service 1 Lump Sum Temporary Conveyance 1 Lump Sum Traffic Control 1 Lump Sum Sanitary Sewer Pipe Repair - Open Cut 118 Each Lateral Connection Sealing Bid Bond Five Percent (5%) No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk of Arden Hills before the stated bid time and accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable without recourse to the City of Arden Hills in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bonds. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder.
