Lower Frederick Township (LFT) of 53 Spring Mount Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473 will be receiving bids online via PennBid for the furnishing of equipment and labor on an hourly basis for various projects, including:. Tandem Vibratory Roller; Self-propelled paver 8'-16'; Backhoe with operator; Rubber-tired Uniloader; Tri-Axle Dump Truck; Distributor Truck; Laborers; Water Truck; Milling Machine; Excavator, Street Sweeper. Any inquiries must be uploaded to PennBid by 5 pm on 3/8/2022. Award of each Contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, however LFT reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Bids may be held by LFT for a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of the opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. Questions shall be submitted through the PennBid system to Value Engineering Inc. MERC
