The Contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary in order rehabilitate the home located at 1219 Duke Way, Cocoa, FL 32922 Question End Date 3/1/2022 5:00 PM All work shall be conducted according to the Scope of Work and are made part of the contract by reference. 1. The jurisdiction for the project site is the City of Cocoa, Florida. All work shall be permitted and undertaken in accordance with applicable codes and ordinances. 2. Prime contractor is assumed to be familiar with all general conditions/contract requirements associated with the contract between owner and contractor as they apply to the work noted on the detailed specifications, attached herein as Exhibits A and B. Prime contractor shall transfer all such requirements to all subcontractors. 3. All contractors shall examine job site prior to submission of a bid to observe all visible existing conditions. Submission of bid will be taken to confirm familiarity with conditions of the work so the bid price includes all work necessary to provide a completed, ready to occupy, fully finished project. 4. Contractor shall obtain all permits required to undertake the work unless noted otherwise. 5. Prior to receiving a notice-to-proceed, the owner will file a notice-of-commencement with appropriate authority. 6. The contractor shall deliver a work schedule immediately after receiving a notice of award showing all tasks and completion dates. 7. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work.
