The method of procurement is sealed bidding for non-professional services in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). A pre-bid conference will not be held. RENEWAL OF CONTRACT: This contract may be renewed by the City upon written agreement of both parties for 4 successive one-year periods. The term of the contract resulting from an award generated from this solicitation is through June 30, 2022, with an option for four (4) additional "Spring" one-year renewals through June 30, 2023, June 30, 2024, June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026. Revised pricing and any changes in terms and conditions for each successive one-year period shall be proposed in writing and submitted by the Contractor before March 1st of the next year. If the City agrees to the Contractors terms it will issue a purchase order for that year. The City of Waynesboro is seeking bids for milling and paving of City streets.
