Separate sealed Bids will be received for renovation of the 1.0 million gallon (nominal) Lyndhurst steel ground mounted water storage tank, located off Chinquapin Dr. near Waynesboro, VA, approximate coordinates 38.042, - 78.905. Tank is approximately 1800 LF south of I-64 Exit 96. Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Question Deadline 11/07/2023 1. Project Location: Entrance driveway is on right side Chinquapin Drive approximately 0.2 mi. southeast of intersection S. Delphine Avenue (Rt. 624), near Waynesboro, Augusta County, VA. 2. Tank Description: Inspection Report and Tank Record Documents have been made available separately to potential Bidders. Owner makes no assertion as to accuracy of said Record Documents. Tank is ground-mounted, approximately 51' diameter x 68' height. One center column, approximately 14" Sch. 40, and approximately 25 C8 purlins support roof.
