"City" or "Owner"), Virginia, which consists of furnishing all materials and the installation of a 1.2 million gallon prestressed concrete raw water storage tank, approximately 600 feet of 16-inch raw water line, replacing 4 raw water feed pumps and other associated appurtenances 12/18/2023 5:00 PM Written questions due Questions shall be submitted via email to tmullins@t-l.com. 1/9/2024 5:00 PM Written response to all questions provided to all inquiring parties . Bids must be accompanied by Bid security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Waynesboro reserves the right to conduct any tests it may deem advisable and to make all evaluations. The City of Waynesboro also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest. Each Bidder must be licensed as a Class A contractor in the State of Virginia; Bidders are instructed to review the Code of Virginia, Title 54.1, Chapter 11, prior to bidding.
