Site work, paving and renovation of a residential development in Clive, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a residential development.
General Nature of Public Improvement. This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation and labor needed to construct full depth PCC patches on various residential streets primarily bounded by Country Club Boulevard to the west and NW 128th Street to the east all in the City of Clive, Iowa. Project items include full-depth patching, curb and gutter, intake reconstruction, manhole casting replacement, traffic control, mobilization and restoration. Specific project location along with the kind and approximate quantity of materials to be used shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Remaining punch list items, restoration, and final seeding shall be completedbyOctober 14, 2022. The City of Clive, hereinafter called the Jurisdiction, has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements:
