This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor needed to complete soil quality restorations over existing residential properties in the City of Clive, Iowa. Project items include compost purchase, compost hauling, mobilization, deep tine aeration, compost application, and pre/post application communication with homeowners. Specific project locations, along with the kind and approximate quantity of materials to be used, shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Work on the improvements shall be commenced upon receipt of the written Notice to Proceed and shall be substantially completed by October 6, 2023. Substantial completion will be achieved upon completed deep tine aeration and compost application. Liquidated damages for noncompliance with said substantial completion provisions will be assessed at the rate of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each calendar day thereafter that the work remains incomplete. The remaining punch list items shallbe completed by November 3, 2023.
