Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clive, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation and labor necessary for the reconstruction of Lake Pointe Drive between University Avenue and NW 138th Street. Project items include 7" and 10" thick PCC pavement, storm sewer, sidewalk, driveways, traffic control, restoration, and associated work. Specific project location along with the kind and approximate quantity of materials to be used shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Bid Bond: 10% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Commence the work on this project on or before the late start date of June 1, 2023; and, Substantially complete the project on or before September 1, 2023; and Fully complete the project on or before September 29, 2023; and Liquidated damages for noncompliance with said completion provisions will be assessed at the rate of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day thereafter that the work remains incomplete.
