The project is located at Shuler Elementary, 16400 Douglas Pkwy, Clive, IA. Project includes the removal of at approximately 2,800 SY of existing playground mulch, concrete, asphalt and rubber surfaces, the placement of approximately 1300 SY of synthetic playground surfacing with rock base, and the placement of 680 SY of sidewalk. Project also includes approximately 440LF of cast-in-place retaining wall, the removal and replacement of approximately 450 LF of chain link fence, installation of new playground equipment and installation of approximately 1,300 LF of subdrain installation.
