Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brazil, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC renovations at multiple facilities for Clay Community School Corporation Relocation and restoration to original location of furnishings required for accessing work. 2. Removal and replacement of ceiling tile required for access to work. Care shall be taken when removing and replacing ceiling tile. An allowance for replacement of damaged ceiling tile is provided in 01 21 00. 3. An allowance for miscellaneous patching of finishes shall be included. Refer to 01 21 00 Allowances. 4. Final cleaning of all work areas shall be performed immediately after work is completed. 5. Structural and miscellaneous steel for equipment, piping, etc. related to this scope. 6. Reinforcing of roof structure per Contract Documents. . Any roof patching for equipment, piping, etc. related to this scope of work. Existing roofs are currently under Durolast warranty and shall be coordinated with Pell's Roofing. 8. Removal and patching to match existing portions of drywall and plaster as required for access to work. 9. Concrete pad modifications to new equipment and new pads per manufacturer's requirements. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been uploaded.
