Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Reserve, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project will consist of replacement of damage fencing and swing gates to the athletic areas at West St. John High School. The Contractor performing this construction work must be licensed with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board as BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. Proposals received from Proposers without this license will be rejected. All work must be substantially complete by MAY 19, 2022, at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time. All electronically submitted proposals must be accompanied by an electronic bid surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the Base Proposal and all Alternates, and payable without condition to the owner. Vendors submitting electronic proposal must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s) as indicated in the electronic proposal solicitation on Central Auction House.
