Milling of approximately 3 (9,300 Syd) of existing roadway Placing/Compacting of 3 of 1/2 Type B Commercial Hot Mix Asphalt (1,600 Ton) Actual locations to be determined. This project is sales tax exempt. The Owner will issue an exemption certificate for purchase or use of building materials, supplies, and equipment that will be used in the performance of the construction contract. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after the date of opening. To the extent permitted by law, the City of Creston reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
