Within 72 hours following the bid opening, results will be available on the FPS web site at https://apps.des.wa.gov/EASbids/BidResult.aspx. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work of the project includes all materials and labor for construction of the following work: site demolition and clearing, new site utilities, grading. and drainage in preparation for a new, outdoor sports field for baseball, softball, and soccer. the sports field will be constructed with synthetic turf over permeable aggregate and a new surface drainage system. the synthetic turf field will be enclosed on all sides with lo'-o" high chain link fence. (4) dugouts and (2) bullpens are included are in the base bid. the synthetic turf product and installation of same are outside the scope of the base bid and will be supplied under a separate contract by centralia college. coordination with the synthetic turf supplier & installer is required
