Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal form contained in the Contract Documents, addressed and mailed, or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID: CCL-22-14GS; 12.47 kV DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS" along with the name and address of the bidder and the date and time of the bid. Bid security of all, except the lowest bidder, will be returned upon execution of the contract by the successful bidder. The City of Centralia reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Bids submitted with site of manufacture in a country with United States Travel Warning(s) posted, will be considered non-responsive. The City provides reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities. We invite any person with special needs to contact the Administrative Services Manager at (360) 330-7512 at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the bid opening to discuss any special accommodations that may be necessary.
