Renovation of a medical facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following .1 Perimeter Roof Parapet Membrane and Flashing Around the Primary Roof (note that the upper roof parapet is not included). .2 New Sill Flashings at the Base of All 2nd and 3rd Floor Windows .3 Install new IGU's at Aluminum Window Locations Identified .1 Identify the locations shown on the drawings and confirm the IGU's identified on the drawings correspond with failed IGU's. .2 If additional failed IGU's are found by the contractor while on-site, report them to the consultant. .3 Coordinate all access of the building with the client, providing sufficient notice. After-hour access may be required. .4 incorporate glazing shop drawings into the curtain wall shop drawings provided on this project. This shall include the glazing properties and structural design of the glazing. .5 New glazing shall be dual-paned and closely match the light transmittance, tint and coatings of existing glazing. 4 Clean the entire exterior building facade as per 04 03 01. .5 Perform concrete top-side delamination repairs in the parkade area. .6 Demolish the existing curtain wall system at the pedway and install a new curtain wall system and all transitions and accessories
