The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject all bids if deemed in the best interest of the City of Perth Amboy to do so and his actions are subject to the approval of the Mayor and Council of the City of Perth Amboy. Notice is hereby given to all bidders that if their bibs are informal, defective, or irregular, the same will be rejected. The City Is Not Responsible for Late Delivery by Any Couriers or the Postal Service.
