We will be video conferencing of the opening live on Microsoft Teams. The meeting link will be posted on the Citys Procurement website. Attendance at the Pre-Offer Conference is not mandatory; however, Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. Offerors are also strongly encouraged to read entire solicitation prior to Pre-Offer Conference. Copies of the solicitation will not be handed out at the Pre-Offer. All communications concerning this solicitation must be directed to responsible procurement staff identified above, via email only. Communications with other city staff may disqualify you from the evaluation process. The Owner's initial construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $46,000,000. This is an approximate estimate. The project will consist of approximately 1.0-mile-long section of Estrella Parkway for roadway improvements, with lighting, fiber optic interconnect, landscaping, bridges and foundations, pedestrian and bicycle amenities between MC-85 to the Vineyard Road Alignment. The design includes expansion to a 4-lane cross section with raised median and new bridge structures over the Gila River and BWCDD Irrigation transmission canal. New bridge structures will be erected adjacent to the existing bridges. Curb, gutter, and sidewalks will be installed to complete the arterial roadway in accordance with City of Goodyear's Scenic Arterial typical section. Preconstruction Services shall support design and constructability by working with the design consultant to develop permit ready plans, specifications, and coordinate all utilities including associated relocations. Preconstruction Services will coordinate with the City, Maricopa County Department of Transportation ("MCDOT"), Maricopa County Flood Control District, Arizona Department of Transportation ("ADOT") and other stakeholders, including utility companies and property owners.
