Washington County Schools Project Title New PK-12 School Services Construction Manager at Risk Scope The scope of the work is a one story school to house grades PK-12. The building will be located on the site of the old Pines Elementary School. The project will be funded in phases with ballfields, a second gym and a variety of smaller spaces being in phase two. Construction is expected to start in July or August 2022. The building will be a high-performance facility that will reduce operating expenses over time. The building is expected to generate more electricity than it consumes.
