All bidders must be on the Kittitas PUDs approved vendor list prior to submitting proposals. If vendor has not submitted a vendor application to be added to the approved vendor list, the link to this application can be found on the Kittitas PUD website. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before contract award unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. All proposals must be made on the Districts Bid Proposal form and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive all informality or immaterial irregularity in the bidding. The District reserves the right to accept and split the award on an item basis to one or more bidders if the District determines that doing so will be most advantageous to the District (price and other factors considered). The District also reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder, or to the Best bidder in accordance with RCW 54.04.080, even if such lowest responsible bidder or best bidder is not the lowest bidder, and bidders by submitting bids agree to this condition.
