**As of May 25, 2022, project has been awarded to Western Excavating Inc., in the amount of $546,098.80. 2022 Residential Sidewalk Repair Program The project is located at various locations within the City of Ellensburg city limits. Each bid shall be plainly marked "2022 Residential Sidewalk Repair Program - Bid Call #: 2022-04. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Ellensburg. The project is located at various locations within the City of Ellensburg city limits. This project has six separate schedules "A thru E". Schedule "A" is for various sites throughout the City. Schedule "B" is for the southside of Capitol Avenue between Sprague Street and Anderson Street. Schedule "C" will expand parking at City Hall along the southside of 6th Avenue between Sprague Street and Anderson Street. Schedule "D" is for eastside of Alder Street between Capitol Ave and 1st Avenue. Schedules A through D consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to remove existing trees and vegetation, roadway excavation, remove existing concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter, prep subgrade, place and compact top course, install paverstone sidewalk, install concrete sidewalk, concrete curb & gutter, landscaping, fractured rock, signs, concrete ADA ramps, and patch asphalt. Separate schedules "E" & "F" are for street related concrete work and utility related concrete work respectively and shall be used throughout the year on an as needed basis. The City of Ellensburg, Washington, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. Responsibility and competency of bidders and their subcontractors will be considered in making the award. All documents received in response to this invitation to bid will become a matter of public record subject to the Washington public disclosure act under chapter 42.56 RCW.
