The low bidder is required to enter into a contract provided by Pennington County. The contract period is from March 15, 2022 to March 20, 2023. Payment will be made based on Pennington County's payment schedule, after approval by the Board of Commissioners of the submitted invoice. Pennington County reserves the option of extending material contracts for an additional 90-day period, if agreeable to both parties. For questions and comments, please contact the Pennington County Highway Department at (605) 394-2166. By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to materials, products, and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota. The Board of Commissioners will consider the bids at their March 15, 2022 meeting, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities therein, and reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as they so determine.
