The bids will be awarded March 8, 2022 at the Roza Irrigation District Board meeting at the Roza Irrigation District office. The bid covers approximately 13,000 feet of 2"- 36" PVC pressure pipe and fittings. Bids will be awarded by total price per section, excluding sale tax. For a copy of the Bidding Documents, use the Web link for ECS Project 2022-2023-1 on the District's web page (www.roza.org) under the headings "Projects" and "Project Bid Information", "See Current Project Bid Information". The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the bid opening thereof or before award of the contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days.
