The City is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction of the Wills Park Wacky World Area Improvements project. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, demolition of an existing pavilion and restroom building, demolition of an existing wood playground, construction of a new restroom building, installation of curb and gutter, installation of sidewalks, installation of storm drain structures and pipes, construction of retaining walls, construction of a stormwater pond, installation of an underground stormwater detention system, installation of landscaping, and related work. The location of the work is Wills Park located at 1815 Old Milton Parkway --- within the City of Alpharetta, Georgia.
