The City of Ashland, Kentucky is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and organizations to furnish services to the City of Ashland for: County - Boyd Route - US 23X Item No. - 9-480.00 & 9-244.00 Reconstruction of US 23X from 13th Street to 18th Street and Streetscape of US 23X from 7th Street to 21st Street. The selected Consultant will be required to provide Preliminary and Final Roadway Design of US 23X from 13th Street to 18th Street, including the preparation of engineering studies, identifying any utility impacts, performing environmental services, performing drainage design, developing dependable cost estimates, conducting and preparing documents for public meetings. The selected Consultant will be required to provide Streetscaping and Landscaping Design for the corridor from 7th Street to 21st Street along Winchester Ave. The design will include selection of pavers, lighting fixtures, decorative features, and landscaping. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any technicalities, and to negotiate with the respondent that best meets the projects requirements.
