Beaver County is accepting bids to crush 60,000 tons of road base in the County's Beaver gravel pit according to AASHTO specifications. Crushing is to begin as soon as possible per Road Supervisor. The method used to weigh the material will be determined by the county and contractor before the job begins. The contractor shall carry the required workman's compensation insurance. A certificate of said policy shall be furnished to Beaver County before beginning work on the project. The contractor shall also carry sufficient liability and accident insurance to protect the county and the county employees from any liability claims Bids will be awarded at the March 15, 2022 County Commission Meeting Beaver County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
