Site work, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Beaver, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Beaver High School Locker Rooms includes the full remodel of the existing set of boys and girls team locker rooms and team room. There will be approximately 4,633 sq. ft. of remodeled space, including demolition, new flooring, wall treatment, lockers, plumbing fixtures, lights, etc. Aset of public restrooms are included as well. Beaver "U" Interior Classroom Remodel includes the full remodel of the existing classrooms and offices into the new Beaver University department in the school. The project will include approximately 3,041 sq. ft. of remodeled space including new flooring, wall treatment, millwork, plumbing fixtures, lights, etc. The removal of three doors and filling in with masonry to match the existing wall shall be included. Milford High School Locker Rooms includes the full remodel of the existing set of boys and girls team locker rooms. There will be approximately 4,301 sq. ft. of remodeled space, including demolition, new flooring, wall treatment, lockers, plumbing fixtures, lights, etc. Aset of public restrooms are included as well. Milford High School Baseball Dugouts includes the demolition of the existing home and visitor dugouts and construction of new 320 sq. ft. (each side) dugouts built with concrete block masonry, wood framed roof, and metal roofing and soffits. Minor site and concrete flatwork will be required. The dugouts will be built in the exact location as the existing dugouts. The Board reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all bids, or waive any informality in a bid.
