Beaver City is hereby soliciting Statement of Qualifications and Experience from airport consultants to provide airport planning services for a 2024 Master Plan Update. Beaver City Municipal Airport is a general aviation airport that currently has a pilot's lounge/SRE building, self-serve fueling, NAVAIDs, beacon and wind cone, hangars, taxiway and taxilanes, runway, Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS), pavement preservation needs, etc. and improvements to be identified and planned. The contract for said services is for the 2024 Master Plan Update. All improvement projects proposed/planned will depend upon FAA approval and available funding from various sources, which may include the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Utah Division of Aeronautics, and Beaver City. Master Plans are not guaranteed that they will be completed. Selection of the short-listed consultant and/or the top ranked consultant (unless supplemented by secondary selection criteria) will be based upon the criteria in FAA Advisory Circular (AC 150/5100-14E) "Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects" and relative importance of the required information This contract is subject to the provisions of Executive Order 11246 (Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity) and to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR, Part 26 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation). DBE firms are encouraged to submit.
