Description

Site work for a retail development in Beaver, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a retail development.

Beaver City is accepting separate BIDS for the City Center Outdoor Plaza. Outdoor Plaza to Include: Site grading and subgrade preparation, placement of concrete flatwork, steps, curbing and concrete pavers, city logo as concrete in-lay, installation of Overhead Shade Structure (provided by City), seatwall planter boxes, installation of BEAVER Sign (provided by City), electrical and lighting, landscaping, and related work items. Contractor will be required to work with Beaver City to determine best times to conduct said work items, protection of existing features, coordination with City on electrical and irrigation installation and connection points. Contractor to have experience in placement of concrete and landscaping plantings (provide references). Estimated time to complete the work is 60-70 days. Bidder must have commercial experience, show qualifications in the removal and repointing of mortar joints. Bidder shall be licensed in the State of Utah.
