A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Beaver County Children's Justice Center is seeking an RFP for renovating the building, and expanding the area utilized by the Children's Justice Center. Job Description: Renovate 1200 sq ft section of building Electrical/lighting: Replace old light fixtures with 4 FT led fixtures for each room and in hallway areas, install receptacles for mini splits, replace all wall receptacles and add new ones in kitchenette area. HVAC - installation of Heating/AC unit ( 5-unit mini split) Demolition- Wall removal (3 walls), remove old cupboards and shelving, removal of old sinks and toilet Plumbing- Bathroom- New toilet, new sink, new cabinetry Kitchenette-install plumbing and drain for new sink, cap off old fire sprinkling system. Renovation- bathroom, replace 1 toilet, 1 sink, mirror, flooring and decor Refinish work - patch, refinish, and paint ceiling throughout renovation area, replace missing ceiling tiles, patch and finish walls, paint all walls. Replace flooring and wall coving. Kitchenette area: Install counters, cabinets, sink.
