Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
As of May 12, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. ITB 22-005 Maintenance Shop Door Opener Replacement Notice of Intent to Award to successful bidder - March 24, 2022 (estimate) Contract Award and Notice to Proceed - April 8, 2022 (estimate) To replace fourteen (14) heavy duty garage door openers contained within the maintenance and bus wash buildings. Additionally, twelve (12) of these doors will be wired with exterior momentary switches using Medeco keys. SAMTD is aware the Medeco lock and cylinder installation may need to be completed by a specialty vendor as a subcontractor under the prime contract. All existing doors, cables, tracks and interior three button stations are to be re-used. All motor wiring and low voltage wiring to exterior momentary switches will be included in this bid. The use of sub-contractors' is allowed. The vendor is responsible for all permits, fees and inspections.
