The Oregon Department of Revenue ( Agency ) is seeking a vendor able to perform all construction and installation services as described herein. In general, the services will include using current equipment as well as installation by licensed company of all necessary new equipment and to provide 24/7 monitoring and emergency response, maintenance and alarm system, and software upgrades to prevent failure and/or to meet Department of Revenue s computer/network upgrades. Proposer will provide contact information of service personnel responsible for service to DOR area within Oregon (areas as mentioned within equipment inventory). This includes responding to service call same day of initial request via phone or electronic correspondence and resolution or site visits as needed within 48 hours. System must be able to allow for multiple account or individual codes to arm and disarm the alarm features. It will also allow for online controls and notifications via cell phone for arming and disarming of system. This RFQ will result in a 5 year contract, with the option to extend. Proposers must be able to perform services as described herein. In scope, proposers will use Original Equipment (OE) and provide 24/7 monitoring and emergency response, maintenance, and future software/equipment upgrades to prevent failure and/or to meet Department of Revenue s computer/network updates. For any maintenance or service issue(s) the proposer will provide appropriate contact information for service department or personnel responsible for responding to Department of Revenue s (DOR) service request at the applicable regional offices within Oregon (areas as mentioned within equipment inventory). This includes responding to service call same day of initial request via phone or electronic correspondence and offering resolution plan and site visits within 48 hours. System software must continue to allow multiple accounts or codes for individual staff to arm and disarm the alarm features. It must continue to have online controls and notifications deliverable via cell phone or outlook when system is armed or disarmed. Proposer shall provide all required permits, supervision, and necessary general provisions to operate and maintain requested security type systems . Target date for fully operational system is 30 JUN 22. If vendor cannot meet proposed deadline, then completion date will be agreed upon prior to awarding contract. Successful proposer will also provide executed testing of all systems installed. Training for identified users shall be provided in addition to manuals and written operating instructions including vendor supplied operating and maintenance information tailored to the Department of Revenue systems.
