The Agreement will become effective and binding upon execution of a Contract Agreement by the Authority and selected Respondent. The Respondent awarded the contract will be required to execute a Contract Agreement in a form acceptable to the Authority. The work to be performed will include, but is not limited to, rehab of electrical vault structure. Contractors should site visit for verification of field conditions. It is the intent of the Mobile Airport Authority to fully evaluate all proposals received and to select the proposal it considers most satisfactory for the ST. Elmo Electrical Vault Rehab. The Mobile Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiency or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority. The following "Scope of Work" items are recommended in order to rehab the electrical vault. A. Repair/replace with like kind roof material a. During repair/replacement, if further damage is found contractor shall make all necessary repairs and/or replacement as needed to fix any damage B. Repair/replace with like kind interior walls and ceilings a. Wall material should be moisture resistant b. Paint should be mold resistant c.
