The City of Cypress (CITY) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified landscape architecture, landscape consultants and/or civil engineering design firms to provide landscape and tree inspection services for landscaped medians, parkways, city facilities, and park facilities. The CITY will review all SOQ/RFP's and award a contract, or contracts, based on Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) procedures.
