Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cypress, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: removing and replacing drinking fountains and other incidental items of work. INSURANCE, BONDS, AND PERMIT: Contractor shall submit Certificates of Insurance, Faithful Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond (for contract amount on the forms provided), and shall obtain a no-fee Public Works Permit and a City business license, prior to beginning construction. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of bids COMPLETION OF WORK: All work shall be completed within TEN (10) working days following written Notice to Proceed from the City. Procurement of materials and equipment will not count against the ten working days.
