Questions or comments regarding this bid shall be directed in writing only via email to Eric Krueger ekrueger@manchesternh.gov and received no later than 8 am on Wednesday March 2, 2022. All questions and responses pertaining to this bid and/or any amendments will be posted to the City's purchasing electronically by 10:00 AM on Friday March 4, 2022. A Bid Bond for $5,000 dollars is required to be submitted with the Bid and only from a Bonding Company authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire by the State of New Hampshire's Insurance Commissioner. Performance and Payment bonds for the project may be required depending on the total value of the contract. Generally if a single project exceeds $150,000. Submit an unqualified letter from the bonding company to the effect that they will provide the required performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of future painting projects if greater than $150,000 and should a future project require payment and performance bonds and should the applicant be awarded the contract. The contract is expected to begin on or about May 2022 for the work description at a later date. This contract is available to all City of Manchester departments for up to five years from project contract execution date. The Contractor is required to provide a price guarantee based on each year of contract and bid rates. DPW and the Selection Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to meet the requirements contained herein, to waive any technicalities, and to select the bid which, DPW and the Selection Committee sole judgment best meets the requirements of the project
