Renovation of a parking garage in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Project involves provisions of all labor, equipment, supervision and materials necessary to perform concrete repairs to the parking garage per construction documents at the Rines Center, 1528 Elm Street Rear. Construction start date to be negotiated with the City, (Owner) assumed to be sometime between May and June 2022 with substantial completion within 4 weeks of the start of the Work. The date of final completion will be 10 weeks after the start of the Work. The Owner will partially occupy the upper section of the garage facility for this time frame. The City of Manchester, New Hampshire reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal. A 10% Bid Bond for the base bid amount from an authorized bonding agent is required to be submitted with the bid.
